Failing Street Apartment

Hope Telford and her husband, Sebastien, have lived in this space for just over a year.  With just 860sf to work with and entertaining a priority, space efficiency is a MUST!

Many of the pieces in this apartment were rescued from a "magic alley," or given as gifts.  Figuring out how to curate the new and the found is the biggest challenge.  The most important thing done in this ongoing project is editing pieces, to find what is really going to enhance the space.

Both Hope and her husband love to seek out the unique, especially functional items.  What they can't find, they create themselves!
